If you’re battling depression mama, you’ve got to get yourself some help. Don’t let your fear outweigh the fact that you need help and it is available. People deal with depression every single day in shelters and don’t have their children taken. Give yourself a fighting chance to overcome! You can do this even if it is scary.

@mazzika_arab, i grew up in foster care and then dealt with my younger sibling in it... the shelter called social services on my mother
