I am breastfeeding and also pumping. Hubby would like to be able to give a bottle sometimes.. i am worry about nipple confusion... how long should we wait before introducing a bottle and what kind of nipple should we use??

Wait a few weeks until breastfeeding is established. I bottle fed too soon and now he only wants bottle. Now I’m hooked to the pump 5-7 times per day

With my first I waited 6 weeks which is what they told me while I was in the hospital. He refused to take a bottle or a soother. With my third I gave him a soother and bottle within a few days of breast feeding. He will still take a bottle when I go out and hes still breast feeding like a champ.

We are just turning 10 months and only now starting to take to a bottle at random. Wish I stuck with it when he was younger cause I haven’t been able to leave him with anyone since he was born.
