We may have found our dream house. It’s in the development we really want to be in. If we really want it we have to put an offer in tomorrow because this house will not stay on the market long. Today was the first open house and we really loved it. It literally checked all the boxes. Wish us luck on our discussion

@kbbaybee16, ugh I know that only problem is that we will have to act really fast. It’s exactly where we want to be!! It’s very scary and exciting at the same time. Good thing is we don’t have to sell our house to buy another one. So we will have time to go any fixed that need to be done. But there’s really nothing to fix about the house maybe some painting that’s about it. It’s 4 beds and 2 full baths with 2 half baths and a decent sized fenced in yard. Those were my requirements!! My dh and I will be talking after the kids go to bed to see if we want to make an offer!!

@ss3mom, wowwww that’s a lot of bathrooms. Yes buying a house is scary and I wish we waited a little longer even tho I love my house I hate my neighbors with a passion. Lol. At least y’all aren’t rushed to find a home. That’s a great feeling. We are slowly looking and waiting for the right house as well. I hope you and your husband come to a decision tonight!

Anyway I don’t think we are going to make an offer on this house. It’s an upgrade in certain ways but others it’s a downgrade. We have a big beautiful kitchen Right now and this one is def a major downgrade. It’s very small. So we will continue the hunt. It’s out there for sure. We will be patient and wait for the perfect house for us. Sad because I really want to be in that part of town. I’m sure something will come up soon. The search continues
