When did guys switch newborn pacifier to regular one?

I tried giving him different one because he keeps loosing the newborn one he has and cries and cries some more but he wouldn’t take it

Ladies my newborn hates car seat i tried everything white noise toys blinds he just cries and cries some more its so hard to concentrate while driving my heart hurts i donno what to do . Any suggestions?

What brand of newborn diapers do y'all recommend ? I got a lot of diapers from the babyshower but only one little pack of newborns and want to at least buy a couple boxes .
