Lol i try to do natural birth with my second and my doctor said you dont need to better get it while you can and then i was like your right and my husband could not watch me in pain so i got it almost didn't and then had my daughter not even an hour after i got it i had her. I my try aging this time but i know i love my drugs lol

@lillynellasmom my husband didnt want me to get it either until he saw how much pain I was in. And it ended up being I had to do emergency c section anyway. My labor wasn't progressing like it should my contractions weren't getting regular even with being dilated to a 4 and his heart rate was dropping.

I did it twice naturally no drugs the first time I did natural I had no choice, I laborer to quick and the second time I chose to do it on my own.

Lol I had a natural birth with my first two and then my third pain was so bad I told the nurse if they could check me and she said No it’s to early you just started your contractions like a hour ago and if we check to much you can get a infection.. she said you still got some hours to go.. I said hell no give me the epidural I can’t wait no hours.. lol.. then they gave it to me and then five min later my dr walks in and said oh let’s have a look at you I said ok she said oh wow your ready to push I said what wait wtf and I hadn’t even felt numb yet from the medicine .. so they got me numb and then told me to push but shut off my meds I didn’t even have more then ten min on the medicine.. and then to top it off I had complications with it.. I had a hole that was getting air into my back and caused so much pain.. I forgot the name but they had to get blood from my arm and put it into my back to path the hole they said.. it was so painful couldn’t move my back or my neck and if I stood up I had so much pain in my head.. I was like that for at least two weeks I was hell I literally wanted to die because I couldn’t take the pain anymore and I came home with Baby and didn’t have any help..

I commend those natural birth women and wish I could throw y’all a parade because I’m a scheduled c section mama all the way. I wasn’t about to go through that 😆

@inkedsouthernbelle I feel the same way. There was just no way I was gonna get through it. Idk if it's because of how posterior my cervix was or what but my water broke but contractions just wouldn't get regular and I wouldn't dilate. I think every woman is different. I wish I was one of those to have a easy labor but I dont regret none of it. Every minute was worth it for this little man. I never knew love before now.

Idk i spent my whole pregnancy with everyone but my husband telling me I was stupid and wouldnt be able to do it naturally. It pissed me off. I was in labor 32 hours sure enough didnt ask for the epidural once. The nurses asked when i first got there but I made sure they put it down not to ask me again. Nope that big ass needle was going no where near my spine. Ill take the pain anyday and that shit really does hurt.

@mommywifelifestyle you actually dont feel a thing they give a numbing medicine that just feels like a bee sting then they give epidural and it definitely was super painless compared to contractions. Lol

@kaylacarese nope not I lol. Honestly once you start pushing its okay. You just have to get through the contractions.

@mommywifelifestyle oh. Lol well I had to have emergency c section because of how my cervix and uterus is it was causing me to not dilate. I had been going through early labor for days. My water had broke 2 days before and I didnt know it. They had did a swab test and told me my water broke when she went to check me for dilation at hospital.

That's when they admitted me and put me on pitocin but I still wasnt progressing and his heart rate was dropping.

@kaylacarese thats honestly the only way someone getting me take the epidural nope I would have a panic attack i hate shots. Im not afraid of needles though just the medicine in the shot hurts lol

@mommywifelifestyle I was scared too but I didnt look at any of it because they have you have your back turned to it. And I'm one of those people where it's better if I dont see it.
