SOS my back is killing me! I tried a heating pad, I had my husband try massaging it, took a shower, but nothing it's exactly the same.
@emily526 old remedy ;) or if u have a headache helps to ...maybe the baby is laying on your nerves ,,try moving position s laying down but, elevated
@vvrobinson The Dr I had with my 1st was the worst, I didn't call or anything when I went into labor, I just went to L&D. Actually thanks to a few of the women on here otherwise I would've had to deliver my daughter myself in my living room lol. But the Dr I have now is good they had me leave a message and said I'd be getting a call back in a few minutes.
Hot shower ,,heating pad for a little and use rubbing alcohol on your back area that hurts have your husband massage it in your skin. Works for bad period cramps. I have a friend who is a massage therapist she uses it
@emily526 labor can happen any time and so can emergencies. There is someone to answer your obs line 24/7. The line redirects to the hospital where your ob delivers and whoever is on call at the time will call you back within 15 minutes of you calling. Its amazing. Ive called at 3am because for some reason i couldnt stop peeing, i got my first uti. Also its safe to take 3-5mg of melatonin. Its natural and in that dose at night is safe. Also you can try benadryl.
@vvrobinson WHAT 😁 I didn't know you could call anytime lol I try to avoid Drs as much as possible. This is the 1st time I've really felt any discomfort/pain at all so I'll definitely call and see if they can do that. Sleeping has been almost impossible the past 2-3 days.
I didnt know they could prescribe something without seeing you
