What can i do about heartburn i have babies but this time around i feel like it’s the worst !! 😩
Milk. Pickles. Tums. Fruity gum. Those things help me.
Tums and Pepcid. I had it really bad during my second trimester but continue to eat spicy foods a lot. It went away for a while but now I’m 36 weeks and it’s slowly coming back and getting worse so I’ve cut all that out of my diet.
Stress can bring on heartburn as well not just certain food or drinks..take deep breaths,gargle w salt,try cold milk and never lay flat after eating ;)
Ranitidine (zantac) is the only thing that helped me during my pregnancy. 💙
