Just tell her to relax with baby skin to skin and rest. And keep nursing. She'll probably get it by next morning.

3-5 days is normal. The colostrum that she’s producing now is more than enough. It also helps clear out meconium & get baby’s digestive system ready for the milk.

@teenmom1229, oh it will come! Right now she has colostrum and thats what baby needs only. Their tummy is so small when they are newborns
