My boyfriend has this cough and said that his throat hurts badly, chest aches and he’s congested. I take care of this negro and take EVERY OCD ass precaution and who wakes up at 3am unable to breathe well, coughing and with a sore throat 😑😒😕 this mama *sighs* what meds can I take?

I think she means nose strips. If you have a humidifier I would put that on. If not turn on the shower as hot as it goes steam up the bathroom you can sit in there for 10-15 minutes. If you have tea drink that preferably with honey and lemon. You can have cough drops or lozenges and Tylenol for cough cold and congestion.

@momsrmagical, I doubt it but I’ve been steaming in the bathroom on and off today and everything feels a little looser so thank you. I wish that there was actual cough syrup that I could take though
