Hi ladies I have a question: Is it possible to potty train if chid has a speech delay?

I’m going through this too. With my 2 year old. We tried for a few weeks but with out him being able to communicate we got no where with it. So I’m putting a hold on it for now

I have the same problem... I tried for a couple weeks and my son doesn't talk. He babbles but it is nonsense to me... He doesn't communicate a single thing to me and it was very frustrating, I think to both of us.

Teach him how to sign toilet. Show him the sign and say "toilet" or "potty" and after being consistent eventually he could tell u thru sign. Super easy sign.

Yes, what @aussiexjane said or give them something whether its a rock pom pom etc something small. That they can put in there pocket teach them to hand that to you whenever they have to go. Ive had to do this with shy students

You can always teach him sign language
