I really can’t wait until I move out this house

When the father of my daughter leaves I just wonder if he’s out with someone and I can’t keep doing this to myself

I wish I didn’t have to coparent but I know it’s what’s best for my daughter

I just wonder how hard it will be when she gets here 😕

If no, sometimes co parenting isn't the best for the child. My sister and her daughter's dad split when she was pregnant (his choice) and six years later he disappoints my niece every chance he gets. She's been with another man and he treats her more of his child than her own father does.

@bethanytharp17, I don’t know he wants to be a father for her because he didn’t have a two parent house hold and I didn’t either but I’d rather not deny him anything until he doesn’t participate

I agree. That would be unfair. If he's done or doing more wrong then positive in your life, think about the future. How would he impact on your daughter? If it's not good, then work out a plan. Like you get her during weekdays and he gets her on weekends. So that way you have more of a positive impact on her but he is still in her life.

@bethanytharp17, that’s what I was thinking about too but then I thought about my separating from her for a couple of days made me panic a little then I thought well it would be good to have a couple of days to myself but then I feel guilty because i feel like she needs me 24/7 so it’s a battle in a battle

My sons' dad and I have been split up for a year and a half, and about to have another baby. He hasn't changed whatsoever and wasn't hardly there for my sons life up until very recently. It is hard every day and I have to force him to be around. I shouldn't do that, but I am pregnant and need a lot of help. I will need a lot of help too when this baby comes. I still haven't really let go and it bothers me when he is away too. Idk if it's because then I do everything alone and I feel like he should be here.. or I don't know what he is doing. My best advice is to let him go and not force anything if that comes to be how it is. I am stressed every day and feel like the worst mom to my first born for being pregnant again and not able to care for him as I once did, and also to my unborn baby for being so stressed. We yell and fight everyday and he doesn't give me a break for any reason whether I am PREGNANT AS HELL, been up for a week straight etc. It is really hard. I just now stopped working but was the only one working, 40+ hrs at a job with no sitting and no breaks. To make ends meet and be able to take care of our first. If he wants to go out and not be a dad..... Let him. If he wants to be around, I say let him too... But don't lose yourself for him and don't give him your attention.

@babymay2016, our relationship is very similar to and thank you so much for that

I’m just honestly waiting to move out so it can be easier on me because he switches up and acts like wants us then the next day cold

It’s so confusing so I’m trying to be patient until I have to leave

He doesn't help, he sleeps when he wants. He has had a job at some points, but crashed his car, lost his job, got evicted... Takes my money, lets me drive him around. He takes everything from me. He lets me cry for days, screaming and puking laying on the floor... Doesn't even say a word. He barely does shit for my son. This morning my son woke up, he turned the TV on, threw some dry cereal in his pack and play, and went back to sleep. We took our son to the doctor the other day and I was siiiick and he got drunk. The middle of the day. Still said he could take care of our son and I need to shut the fuck up, he left can't deal with my bullshit. He never talks to me like this unless he is drinking, but whyyyy that day. When I let him come back he said he hid the drinking from me because he "can never do whatever he wants" YAHHHH dude I am 34wks pregnant, you got a kid to take care of, a job to go to, and your 25 fuckin yrs old. Jesus. No you can't do whatever you want.
