My doctor recommended that for my son’s eczema. It was the only thing that cleared it & we haven’t had to use it since. She said to apply it until it’s fully cleared up. Stopping when it looks better means that it will come back.
It’s good if necessary, if it’s doctor prescribed though it will take the pigment out of your child’s skin. I have a mixed baby with eczema and it scared the crap out of me the first time we used it. He just has little white patches all over his body now, nothing dangerous it’s just what the medicine does. We try to avoid it if we can control it with other products

How bad is your baby’s eczema? Have you tried an oatmeal bath? That helps a lot with the itching and inflammation. Aquaphor works really well also.

Works wonders & fast but the doctor knows which kind to prescribe your little one I wouldn't get it OTC.
