I was told breastfed babies can go a long time without popping but... 2 weeks seems extreme👀

I would say 2 wks is not normal at all

Children’s md says it’s normal for a baby to go two weeks if they’re solely breast fed.

I’ll add that the reason is because most of the nutrients are being absorbed so there’s little to no waste left over from breast milk, therefore there’s less poop made.

That was normal for my son. He would go two weeks and then blow a diaper to pieces. Around the two week mark, I wouldn’t take him out because I wanted to contain the mess at home. My daughter now only poops once a week.

My lactation consultant says that it can happen. I'd ask about it, but if she doesn't seem constipated she's probably fine.
