Lanolin cream helps! Also, freeze cabbage leaves in a zip lock bag. Once frozen, put the leaves on your boobs while wearing a bra. It’ll help. And it does get better!

It’ll get better I promise! Don’t give up I wanted to so badly in the beginning with my first and second but was so glad I didn’t.

Rub breast milk on them. Try use breast pad from the freezer and see if the cold helps. Good luck
