My go to is usually some sort of baked chicken, veggies in the oven with some olive oil and sea salt (asparagus, kale, peppers, etc), and rice or sweet potato.

Also any sort of veggie pasta (minimal pasta) lots of veggies and chicken with a pesto sauce is delicious.

Fried ground beef, onions and mushrooms mixed with a can of mushroom gravy. Serve with potatoes and veggies.

I like to throw a small full Chicken the oven then add potatoes and carrots an hour before its done. Barely any work :)

Slow cooker, meatballs, roasts, pasta etc. Set it and forget it lol

@laura.lorentsen33 ya slow cooker is a great idea since this heat makes me not to want to use the oven. And so easy

Knorr side kicks add chopped cilantro, green onion and shredded chicken (i use already made rotisserie chicken from grocery store) and i use lettuce leaves and fill them with the noodle mix wrapped kind of like a burrito. They are delicious 👌

@tyrellp mmm that sounds good! My son doesn't like lettuce. He has a huge texture issue

It tastes great with out the lettuce or he can use a torittla wrap
