I feel your pain! My older son got HFM when my youngest was 2wks old! Such a nightmare. Having them separated is a good plan. The worst should be over soon. Hang in there, mama!

@wafflespancakes, thank you! I think he’s over it he really only had one bump on his mouth none on his hands or feet and a little rash on his butt but the doctor said it was HFM, now my husband has gotten it and been feeling like crap the last two days so it’s just been a mad house over here

@tiarradarnell, my son was screaming from the sores in his throat 😖 you know I was desperate because I called my MIL in to help me 😂😂 I hope everyone recovers quickly and you’re able to manage a little rest!

@wafflespancakes, yeah my son was like that too for the first two days , but he’s been fine since going to the doctor so we don’t really know if he was pained from the ear infection or had sores in his mouth but he’s on amoxicillin and has been back to his normal self but i still have him in the other room just for precautionary measures. But how long did your son have it for ?

@tiarradarnell, I would say really only two days of the terrible part. I kept up precautions for a while though - lots of hand washing!

@wafflespancakes, yeah that’s how i feel , i feel like the worse is over but just gonna keep up sanitizing everything and washing everything for a while to make sure this crap is out my house.
