We had those yesterday I always do hotdogs wrapped with bacon 🥓 with grilled onions & jalapeños on the side but I have never heard of it either called Mexican hotdogs. I just call them bacon wrapped hotdogs. That always hits the spot!

That’s weird I’m from LA to have gone a lot to downtown LA to the alleys back in the days & use to see them selling them but never in my life I had heard/called them like that & I’m Hispanic too.
