I had a dream last night that I was preparing to deliver...and guess who my lead nurse/Doula was "Aunt Lydia from Handmaid's tale"! Lol. Lies.

And for some crazy reason she gave me a perm/relaxer the day before my induction to "prep" me for delivery.

I haven't gotten a perm since 2005, YO - and why in the world would I let Aunt Lydia touch my hair?

I was so mad and my hair started coming out at the top during the process!

I kept saying to myself, 'I should have just used "Just for me" something milder' (some of y'all probably have no idea what I'm talking about ).

But anyway, she called right before I was heading to the hospital for my induction and said my insurance wouldn't pay "for her a new delivery uniform" so she wasn't coming anymore.

I arrived at the hospital and the last person I was texting with (in real life) was there as well, who is not pregnant (in real life) - but she was in the dream and she was about to deliver as well, along with a 3rd person who I'm pretty sure went by one of the screen names on here, lol.

Never did see my baby or make it to labor, interrupted by a pee break (in real life) 🤷🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️
