Im an emotional mess tonight. Df goes back to work in a few hours then itll be just me and all 4 kids. Im still not where id like to be recovery wise but i guess ill have to make it work. Im scared and nervous. I cant lift my toddler or even chase her to change her (shes over 30lbs). I cant take her outside to run around and keep her distracted. Im probably juat gonna have to hope she watches movies and plays with her brothers until im feeling better
