It’s too dang hot 😰 I was looking for some hope & checked the forecast.. no hope found 😭😫

Im in Cali...... but i’m afraid to ask..... or take a look for myself. I honestly do not think i have ever hated Summer so much in my entire life😩😩😩

Ughh idk how you mamas are doing it. Its killer in Ontario right now too, we are so used to mild summers that this heat is deadly. Couldn't imahine being pregnant rn. I wad only maybe 8w along last summer when we had a hest wave and wanted to die.

@lizsouthwick yoga ball! I swear by it! Lol before we found out that Clark was breeched and what they were feeling since 36w was his butt and not his head, i would get on the ball resting my chest and arms on it, knees on the ground and just rock myself back and forth for 30mins 3 times a day and never sat on the couch for week only the ball. Bounce, sway hips and within a week i went for 0 everything to 3cm, 100% effaced which is when they realized they couldn't feel his head 😂 all that work for nothing! But seriously try it! I also deep cleaned the house going up and down a step ladder washing walls and washed the floors on all fours 😂 i was desprate too

@lii94, I’ve been doing everything I can to get this moving!! I don’t have a yoga ball though.. I’ll get one tomorrow! Doctor checks me tomorrow evening, I’m praying I’m close!

98+ it's been 104-112 this past week. But I stay inside haha
