Ok mommies I need help! When my oldest daughter had a terrible diaper rash, I’m talking about skin pealing, bleeding, and hurt to the touch, the doctor prescribed her some expensive cream that didn’t work. Aquaphor worked and cleared it up. Now my youngest have one. It doesn’t hurt to touch but she do have so bleeding spots. I’ve been putting aquaphor on it every pamper change but it’s not clearing up. What are some other good diaper creams I can try? I don’t want to go spend my money on something that isn’t gone work.

I use corn starch on my daughter and it works great!

Desitin. Vaseline. A+D. I usually mix them all out and if you can air out as much as you can.

@patrycjalai, desitin hasn’t been working but I surely will try the other choices too. My mom suggested Vaseline but I thought since the aquaphor I have is like Vaseline I didn’t consider it 🤦🏽♀️

@shannae3, I’ve been using aquaphor. The cream and the Vaseline kind for about a week and it’s no progress.

@mhbb3, yes. I’ve been doing that since she was born. I was trying not to have a repeat of what happened with my oldest daughter but it still happened. It only happened to my oldest one time. After it went away it never came back. I’m hoping this time it’s the same.

I mix the two together sorry I forgot to add mix. Do u use huggies diapers ? I think something been off with them lately. I went back to pampers and so far he been cool.

@shannae3, I’m using pampers. But I’m now starting to think it the wipes cause I did start using a different kind of wipes last week when it started.

Clark had a really bad rash as a newborn and i put coconut oil, suedo cream ontop and then baby powder. Also an hour of no diaper before bath time after removing all the creams and it was gone within 3 days.

It probably is the wipes then if nothing else changed.
