When is a smile not a reflex anymore? Because I read online that it takes at least 6 weeks but last week he was repetitively smiling HUGE and yesterday and today he’s given a few big smiles while I’m talking to him. He’s 4 weeks

I'd say 2 months. You'll be able to tell. My son is all smiles and giggles now and definitely not just a reflex.
