I don't have a before picture similar to my after, I avoided the camera for the most part so this is the only one I have to compare to, but about 30 pounds and a year later 😊😊

@atyaf01 thank you! I just switched to eating a lot healthier and making sure I did some form of exercise at least 3 days a week, mainly yoga bc I honestly hate exercise lol.
