We’re slowly working in to it. I hate not being able to have rice or pasta...2 of my favorite foods. We tried cauliflower rice, it was good, but not what I’m used to. Lol

I was doing it but I couldn’t anymore I kept getting off track.. Pinterest has a lot of meals & now I have one meal with carbs and then the rest of the day none and iv already lost a lot of weight
