He doesn’t nap?

How do you set him to take a nap? I usually have my daughter in a dark room because she gets distracted by light and thinks it’s play time. I also have a sound machine set up. After I feed and burp her, I put her down. She sometimes plays for a little and than falls asleep on her own and if not I give it a few minutes before I go in to soothe her and put her back down.

@spookylyn. I cant swaddle him one im sometimes really bad at it and dony do it tight enough and he. Almost suffocates himself . I try to read him books and he yells at me so idk lol
