OhMyGosh, ☹️ did it hurt?? They told me not to pick up anything heavy like my purse because it’ll cause it to bleed more, but I didn’t know it could bleed like that! 😬😬😬

Baby aspirin did this!? Beause I got told to take 2 a day!

@mortonmining, no I didn’t even notice !! Until I reached out to give the guy my parking ticket I saw all the blood😩 I know.. I don’t think you usually bleed a lot. It’s cause I’m taking baby aspirin.. it thins the blood out and you bleed easily.. that’s why dr wants me to stop taking it in 2 weeks so I will be ok for labor

@ratednumber1bitch, it’s just a side effect I guess you bleed easily since it’s a blood thinner

I study phlebotomy 10 years ago and was told before a patient leave I have to make sure their not bleeding cuz they could bleed out and die. I'm not on aspirin and had that happend 3 times already. They just stick u tell u to hold the gauce and just put tape not 1 ever check if I stop bleeding. And 1 time it was bad as yours and went back and told her. Now I let them know I did phlebotomy.

I did not know that. Next time I’ll make sure I’m not bleeding. I don’t think I’ll be having anymore blood draws though.

Are you taking baby aspirin to reduce the chances of preeclampsia? Asking because I had severe preeclampsia with my first (and it wasn’t detected until I had an emergency induction at 35 weeks) . So I wonder if I’ll have to take baby aspirin as a precaution during my future pregnancy.

@domsmama96, yes to reduce chances.. I never had it with my first for my second I got it while I was in labor... so they wanted me to take it this pregnancy because of it.. just for precaution.
