With my first a got a very flexible part time job a little after a year. I only worked 8-15hrs. I didn't go back to my management job. I plan on staying home until the same time with my second and getting a similar job.
12 weeks then came back a few days, adding more days slowly. I was nervous about messing my supply up. Nurse is very important to me. I’ll probably do something similar this time around too.
With my son I stayed home with him for 10 weeks and then my husband stayed home with him for 3 weeks after that. This time around I'm a stay at home mom so I won't be leaving my baby.
