Ob recommended saline for me bc is addicted to nasal spray. Can’t breathe without the crap now. You could also try those breathe right strips or Vick’s

Ran the hot water in the shower and stay in the bathroom as long as u can handle it

Never mind I just looked it up my son had one of those for his nose bleeds
