Up can’t breathe to save my life what can I do so I can breathe out my nose?

Ran the hot water in the shower and stay in the bathroom as long as u can handle it

Ob recommended saline for me bc is addicted to nasal spray. Can’t breathe without the crap now. You could also try those breathe right strips or Vick’s
