I've been taking my lessons now for 2/3 weeks and my instructor keeps stating I'm damaging the car I…

@ezchaz, I understand no one wants their car ruined but its is just me forgetting to change gears or stalling the car but I've had 3 lessons that's all and it's constant pressure from him especially when I'm paying and he'll have insurance for me to be in the car just don't want to change instructor and it be the same🙄 they don't do many crash courses in my area😩xx

Is he even explaining to you how ya damaging the car? Or just keeps saying it?

Yeah they would be insured for everything if not I’m pretty sure he’d be in trouble.

I agree with @ezchaz, change instructors, if he’s not helping you to learn & putting you on edge go somewhere else xx

@x-t-x, I forget to take my foot of the gas when I change gears sometimes and he literally loses his hair like I said I've had 3 lessons with him and it's to much pressure I want an instructor that's gonna correct me on my wrongs and not shout when I ain't a child xx

@olivia_monique, what really, yeah definitely change instructors hun. He’s meant to be there to put you right on things yeah but not make you feel like that and certainly not shout xx

@x-t-x, definitley going to look for a new driving company because my money's obviously just going down the drain when it's a company car he shouldn't be kicking of that much if he's got insurance for all learners xx

My old instructor was like this and in the end I switched bcos it knocked my confidence so much xx

@sarahlamb19, he's also said he was hoping for an easy ride but he's not gonna get it with me I'm sorry I can't process everything in 3 lessons but I'm also pregnant and the heat doesn't help either but stressing at me isn't gonna help xx

@olivia_monique, personally I would tell him no thank you and find someone else.

After 3 lessons I think its a joke his stressing your not getting it and wrecking his car. Driving is so hard to do and everyone learns at different paces. Just go at your speed and you will get there but maybe with a different instructor xx

Sometimes u just don't gel with ur instructor try finding another one u fell comfortable with or ur never gonna have confidence if he's talking like that

Yeah definitely switch instructors- a good instructor should have more patience than that!!! Especially after only a few lessons! xx
