Not sure if you guys saw the tragic duck boat accident that happened in Missouri over the weekend. I can’t stop thinking about it. A woman lost her whole family, and they were on a nice little vacation. It scares the crap out of me that something like that can happen so easily. Her kids, her husband, gone , just like that. 😪

@achappex3, yeah ! So many lives lost . When I saw that, I was like, yeah we’re never getting on one of those . I’m so damn paranoid about things now.

@domsmama96, don’t think you’ll have to worry about that. I’m pretty sure they’re over and done with. They were under a severe thunderstorm warning and took people on the water Anyway. I rode one when I was younger and it definitely didn’t leave that lasting of an impression

@achappex3, it just seemed so flawed. Like I read that even though they would’ve worn their life vests that would have just possibly made them float and get stuck on the canopy, not able to get out anyway ..

I’ve been following the story. It’s so sad she lost 9 family members including her children and husband. It breaks my heart. She said how is she gonna go back to her home that was always filled with kids playing and laughter 😢
