Need advice. We had a cook out last night and I had brats. Got tired and went to bed. Got up this morning and they were in the fridge so I thought my husband put them away last night. NOPE. He put his own food away and left mine out over night. For SOME REASON my mom decided to put them in the fridge this morning before I got up. I ate them for dinner just now without knowing they were out over night. Do yall think I will get sick from eating them? Im super nervous because I just started this job and I really don't want to call in sick from food poisoning. Just..... Why in the ever loving world would you refrigerate meat left out over night thinking that's okay knowing that I would eat it?!
