I have an iPhone 7 Plus now , and we want to go to prepaid phones because our carrier costs way to much we pay 400 dollars a month . I’m not sure what phone to get. I’ve had an iPhone all my life

@momofthree123 I had an edge and it was nice but I put a case on it which defeated the purpose of the edge feature

My mom has the j7 and she says it's ok. It doesnt have the led light that alerts you for notifications

Does anyone here know if the Samsung edge is good ?

I love mine. But you can't compare it to the iPhone Plus I mean there both great phones but iPhone is an iPhone

@momofthree123, hopefully if you switch you get better luck. I would personally go for a different android phone. I don’t hate android just that particular phone. I have the iPhone 7 Plus with T-Mobile my bill is about 180. 😂

To get my phone back working I had to look up tricks on google. Not even customer service could help me they told me to take my phone to the provider after trying to fix it for over an hour it ended up I had to take my SIM card and battery and put it back in and restart my phone and I had to do all that 5 or 6 times! It was a rough experience for me.

Good luck!! Not sure what happened but me and my sister both had this phone. She got it first then me about 5 months later! I would always lose service even though I new I get 4g where I live! Some days it would stop working for 2 or 3 days which sucked cause this was my only way to communicate! Same thing kept happening to her. And the batteries... I’d have a fast charging charger and my phone would go down while charging unless I had it turned completely off. We both got new phones and new batteries it was ok for a couple months but ended up doing the same! I switched to iPhone cause I was so tired of it my sister changed her phone too. Good luck.

@natcasey9, has she had any problems with hers ? Does it get slow ? Does the camera work well
