I need some laboe inducing tips... I'm using EPO(evening primrose oil) but I'm so ready for my water to break.... is dancing effective?

Please dont judge or jump over my head im just wondering who has takend EPO and when did you start using it .. What was your results while taking it .. Im 35 weeks pregnant

Okay so I kind of have a TMI question. My doc suggested starting to insert evening primrose oil capsules to help things along... Was wondering if anyone had this and had a change in discharge?
