35 weeks prego. Drinking RRTL 2x a day and taking 1EPO orally and one EPO inserted at night. Did RRTL and/or EPO work for anybody? What are your stories?
I need some laboe inducing tips... I'm using EPO(evening primrose oil) but I'm so ready for my water to break.... is dancing effective?

So yesterday, I went to insert my EPO, & I totally felt baby's head.. The doctor told me she could feel it but I didn't think anything of it. I felt it too😳 weirdest feeling ever
Okay so I kind of have a TMI question. My doc suggested starting to insert evening primrose oil capsules to help things along... Was wondering if anyone had this and had a change in discharge? I got up to go pee this morning and saw this (pic in comments). My question is.. Is this normal to expect from the pills or is this part of my plug? It's almost got a greenish/yellow tint and is super thick and stringy. I've been slowly losing bits and pieces of what I thought was my plug here and there (before taking epo) and was wondering if the capsules were causing me to lose more plug and faster??
