How long are Braxton Hicks supposed to last? I've had really bad pain for more than 30 mins, hardly on and off.. Home alone on top of that and its way too early for me to go into labor someone help 😞😞

You should lay down and also drink a lot of water. Are you drinking water? It should pass. Someone told me they are not supposed to hurt, but my doctor said otherwise. Supposed to only last a couple minutes but I have had it last a straight 25min and I could not drive home from work until it stopped. Drink a lot of water and lay down, switching positions

@babymay2016 I've been laying down and drinking water for the past 30 mins, every time i switch positions my lower back starts to hurt.. This pressure does not go away for nothing

I'm sorry. I know the feeling. Are you getting a good kick count from baby? If not and it doesn't subside, I would say call your OB and ask their opinion.
