38 weeks. And since yesterday it feels like my vagina is sore. Best way I can describe it is when you have great sex and you go for rounds and then after your vagina feels sore, can anyone relate? If so, then my vagina feels like that type of soreness. Especially if I lay down and raise my leg or just move.
I went to the L&D triage yesterday and they examined me and told me I was 70% effaced and 2cm dilated. I'm thinking my effacement is more advanced maybe so the baby's head is sitting more lower maybe.... idk.

Maybe the exam just rubbed you the wrong way and irritated your vaginal walls

@k_nc haven't thought about that. I haven't even been having sex throughout my pregnancy so having that nurse open up my vag and put her fingers in there could cause soreness.

@bbylopez, I would say that’s definitely a possibility then! Your body’s not used to having anything in there anymore

I had thoses pains throughout the last 3 weeks of my pregnancy.. on and off then it kinda stayed.. it sucked.
I was restricted on sex and when they checked me for dilation omg can’t lie it really hurt
