Yep! I started my first period on Tuesday after my miscarriage in October. It is awful,. I would normally be able to go a full day at work and not have to change my pad but yesterday I went thru three and soaked thru my panties and dress at work! Totally not expecting this at all. Strange thing is I always have cramps and I have had none this month.

My first cycle after my stillborn Emily was awful. I just so happened to be at the hospital because i was with my sister in law while she was in labor and I asked the nurse and she said as long as I wasn't soaking a pad an hour it was ok.

I know mine is totally different jenlance! I've never bled this heavy before. I never used to get cramps not I get light ones, my boobs used to hurt before af now they don't. Weird!
