Is this my period

I had a D&C done 3 weeks and 4 days ago and bled for the first 10 days. Then spotted up until 2 days ago. Late last night I had a gush of blood and have been bleeding with clots and bright red ever since. I'm crampy which I usually never am, face broke out 2 days ago (usually happens before af) and I'm kind of moody (usually only happens when I'm pregnant lol) Is this my period or what?!
