I went in for an ultrasound last week when I thought I was 7 w 5 d pregnant. There was a yolk sac but that was it. The doctor told me it was probably going to be a miscarriage but we would rescan in a week to see before we made any decisions (d&c)

I did & turns out I just ovulated late.

You say you were planning this baby so know your dates. But do you know exactly when you ovulated? If you weren't tracking ovulation - body basal temps, OPKs, etc. - it's possible you ovulated later than you think. Many women ovulate later than the "typical" day 14. So you may have just not been as far along as you thought?

I experienced dates being off, but not the yolk sac part...I hope you get answers, and best of luck to you!

I don't know exactly when I ovulated but it doesn't make sense to be measuring 2 weeks behind when I got a positive pregnancy test on 6-27? That means I would have gotten a positive the week I conceived?
