@firsttimemommy2019 that's about where I'm at almost. My aunt thinks she's going to be the godmother and a really good friend of mine also wants to be the godmother and they both call themselves godmommies but honestly I don't think I want any one as his godparents. Or at least for now if it's possible.
@hippytrxppy, we grew up with our godparent but my husband does it so I’m all for it. I don’t think my sisters would care to much because they are aunts close enough to godmother to me
@rachelc1993 right. Oh I just know they're going to be so petty about it I mean is there a way they can still call themselves that without it being on his certificate?
@rachelc1993 I figured it would be too good to be true lol. I mean how do they find out if they're godparents? Being told or the birth certificate or is there like an announcement kind of thing? I'm so bad at being assertive or confrontational.

@meganeliza, I don’t think mine will really call one is about to get engaged one is having a kid and the other one works 24/7

My aunt was upset when I told her she wasn't going to be God mother. They will get over it. They will be great aunts!!
