Well today was a hard one on my self esteem. Came into work and my grandma asked me to clean some ice out of a cooler that we keep ice cream in. While I was bent over cleaning out the ice my large stomach shifted forward and I didn't really pay attention to it until I was done and tried standing up and couldn't because I was stuck. I tired a few more times and couldn't and started to panic. I work alone so I couldn't call for help. Except thankfully my daughter was visiting me and I called for her to bring me my phone so I could call for help. Of course she didn't answer me at first and I started to panic more and screamed for her a few times before she brought me my phone. I was able to call my sister who lives with me and she tired to help and couldn't so she went and got my grandma to come help. After lots of work and pain and a customer walking in and witnessing it, my grandma got me free. After sitting in the back room to clam down I went back to working. I'm okay physically but mentally I'm not. 😔 I'm ready for today to be over.
