I got a shower last night and fell to my knees because of a contraction. I stayed down until it was over but i kept feeling him move down and my body was pushing. I went to the hospital and they said they couldn’t do anything until i was 5cm

I’m 37-38 weeks now. I’ve been having many complications since i was 12 weeks. But this new doctors is having a hard time getting any of my medical records so they aren’t sure what to do.

I'm roughly 4cm as well and home on bed rest but ive been in preterm labor since 23wks

They sent me home and told me to come back once my contractions were longer but they have been constant since last night. I couldn’t even sleep last night.
