Theres nothing wrong with clots or red bleeding. Its normal to bleed all 6 weeks of recovery if thats what the body needs. Walking and being active gradually HELPS healing. You arent helping yourself by being in bed all day. Just don't lift heavy things and don't do strenuous activity

@vvrobinson i guess im only freaking out because i wasnt bleeding red at all until could havw swore that with my last deliveries i bled red . i this one has just been weird all around nothimg like the last 3

@mom4m every baby is different, every pregnancy is different and every recovery is different. Maybe from your last kids you have scar tissue that makes you bleed more. I had my second csection so i knew I'd have more scar tissue and healing needs.

@vvrobinson im just wondering why it took so long for the blood to actually start. The first 5 days it was like orange tinted mucus and alot of it and now its gone red. Kinda just threw me through a loop. Went 5 days without actual blood then bam it started

@mom4m who knows 🤷🏼‍♀️ my blood will stop entirely then ill pee and itll be red again. You couldve been very stationary at first then were very active and kickstarted the bleeding. I was active from the day after my surgery. Thats why I was off oxy 4 days pp. I was healing quicker.

@vvrobinson im jealous you got oxy until 4 days pp lol. I got 2 oxys about 2 and 4 hours after surgery then they didnt give me anything but Tylenol and Toradol . maybe that is why because i probably havent been as active as i was in previous deliveries due to not having any significant pain releif

@mom4m they grave me oxy in the hospital for 1 day after anesthesia wore off and sent home 28 of them with me. I took 2 a day the first 2 days. But i wasnt able to rest. My husband and i have no support it's just me and him. He has taken over watching our toddler but I still had to do everything for myself and the newborn. I constantly up and down getting to get her from the crib and nurse her and cooking and doing laundry. I didn't have a chance to rest like the first time. So I was bleeding from the start... But then again I healed faster and lost the baby weight 16 days pp. Not a bad trade off

@vvrobinson doeant sound bad at all. I was pissed in the hospital because they did everything so ass backward in that place compared to the hospital i delivered my first 3 at.. I got no pain meds while there or after i was sent home, they wouldnt let me get out of bed even after the spinal wore off, the doctor wouldnt let the nurses remove my catheder (one ended up doing it anyways because it was hurting so bad). That whole experience pissed me off so bad because iknew what i haf to do to make my recovery go smooth but they wouldnt let me do any of it. Thats why i was out of there wednesday morning barely 48 hours after my c section

Theu didnt even want me to go but im was like yall arwnt doing anything for me anyways why the hell should i stay here when your not making life easier for me

@mom4m sorry to hear you had a bad experience. There were a few things i didnt like the second time vs the first time with my hospital but it was great overall.
