You have to understand why fast food is fast... it's already prepared...

I guess a better word could be "hot" instead of fresh

@angelfoodcake, @ohnstadk, I worked at Mcdonalds as a teenager and YES they absolutely can give you fresh food. Does that mean your food won’t come fast? It definitely won’t come fast BUT can you get it after a little wait? Sure can! Especially when you are taught in training that the customer is always right. There are constantly patties and fries and nuggets being prepared. It’s just sheer laziness... if they are unwilling to do it they should have said so before making her wait 30 plus minutes for food that wasn’t fresh. That’s just called being crappy spiteful human beings.
