I had this too.. I second the caffeine, and try to catch them before they get too rough. Like everything in my vision would get really clear and super focused so I knew I would be getting a migraine soon. Instead of trying to tough it out now, I go immediately for Tylenol and some caffeine at the first sign. Good luck, I’m sorry, it is a horrible pain!

I would go in or call first thing Monday to rule out pre-e. They can give you a "cocktail" of different meds to help them.

What helps me is if I have a little caffeine when I take the Tylenol. I would call your ob on Monday and ask for a prescription.

Tylenol stopped working for my migraines too my dr put me on Fioricet and i swear it has changed the game for me
