Does anyone have any suggestions they have used or know of?

I us3d to get really really bad ingrown nails on my big toes. We did the Epsom salt soaking and that helped for a few years until it got so bad I had to go in and have them surgically pulled out and all four sides of my big toes were carterized so it could happen again, now I have one on one of my little toes and I tried getting it out myself, I can't and I would really rather not have to go have someone else cut open another one of my toes.
