Anyone on anxiety meds & what are you taking , I’m terrified to add a medication like this while I’m 24 weeks pregnant but I can’t keep feeling like I can’t breath and my hearts gonna jump outta my chest for no reason, I’m not sure why they keep happening either. Going to talk to my OB just wanted suggestions.

I do and did while pregnant my doctors were 💯 confident that the benefits outweighed the risks due to my mental health issues. I have to look up the name of what they gave me for you. Its not what I currently take. They may tell you no in your situation depending on the risk vs benefits factor

Vistaril it was Vistaril but in combo with other meds for depression/bipolar etc... but the Vistaril was for my panic and anxiety. Good luck honey.

I was on kolonipin before i got pregnant. I’ve went 7 months on nothing but my anxiety is horrible my maternal n fetal dr told me that i can take them as needed the baby’s already developed and his organs just don’t take it everyday because it could lower his growth weight and he could go thru withdraw at the end it was so good to hear i could take it if i need it

I just started Zoloft 3 days ago, but it's going to be a few weeks before it takes full effect. Hoping things start looking up for you
