RAVE RAVE RAVE!!!!!!!
222.75oz of breastmilk in my freezer!!! 😁😁😁👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾
My HoneyBunny is only 1mo old and already my stash is POPPING💥💥💥 I'm beyond proud of this bc I had SO many issues with breastfeeding for my son. She is exclusively breastfed, and I don't have to dip in my stash at all bc I always have 3 bottles on deck (for daddy to feed her) in the fridge...and the cafeteria (aka my boobs) is always open.

@2sweetie 80oz is great for not trying! And I'm pumping bc I get full and need to relieve pressure when my daughter is sleeping as well. All of this is so that when I go back to work and she goes to daycare I dont have to worry about her eating.
I have about 80 oz stored and my son is 3 months old but that’s without even really trying. I just pump an ounce before I feed him in the morning since he sleeps 8-9 hours and I’m really full. I’m going back to work in a month so I’m looking forward to finally using my frozen milk.
@babyayleensmommy Both. Let her suckle you (kinda like a pacifier) and when shes not feeding do lots on skin-to-skin. If she doesn't latch right away dont freak out. U can get a nipple shield so she can feel something shes use to (aka a hard rubbery nipple) and then eventually u can take it off. I'll dm u the info my lactation consultant sent me.
Also...my son had enfamil gentleease and has now super smart and 45 lbs in a 5t and 10c shoe at 3!!! Your babygirl will be just fine with that
If I put the breast in her mouth or just lay her on my breast?? I really want to do it cause I know it's so much better for her. I formula feed I give her enfamil gentle ease. @ladya16
@babyayleensmommy my lactation consultant said you can restart milk production if you consistently put baby to breast. But even if you dont try, and shes formula fed, your doing an AMAZING job providing for your LO! Keep up the great work! 😊
@_sheriee you're welcome! And yea figuring out the best pumping schedule for is not easy...esp when you still have to adult while momming lol. Good luck love!
I wish I was able to do this for my baby )); now I no longer have milk 😫😫💔
Thank you! My guy is almost 9 months and ebf but when it comes to pumping I’m the worst!
@ladya16, this is great and thank you for posting on it i needed this i wanna do it for my baby girl
U can do it!!! It took me ALOT of time and patience to get where I am...with and without a lactation consultant. Feel free to dm me and we can chat
@_sheriee Here is what I do:
> Pump after every other feeding (so that's like 3-4 times a day)
> Drink 1-2 gallons of water a day (that's just a normal habit for me though)
> Drink 1-2 small bottles of Gatorade a day (something about those helps my milk but idk what)
> Eat or drink something with spinach & kale in it every other day (I do every other day bc I don't wanna be on the toilet all day lol)
> Still take my prenatal vitamin (when I can remember *jumps up to take it now* )
> Do skin-to-skin as much as possible
> Double pump (got a hands free bra off Amazon that makes this soooooo much easier)
> Relax while pumping/feeding (I read a book, watch a movie, or even just close my eyes while doing both. Those small moments of MENTAL alone time matter lol)
@_sheriee here u go love. What I do is in the comments above👆🏾
