Does this sound like ligament pain?

I have a pain ONLY on my right side, it only hurts when I walk upstairs, twist my body (to get out of bed) lean down to pick something up off the floor and sometimes just walking hurts. On a scale of 1-10 I'll give it a 3 because it's not preventing me from doing anything, sometimes it's a really rough pain most of the time it's a numb pain. I called today after a week of it occurring and she said as long as it's not constant and it's not unbearable she believes its ligament pain, are they consistent like this? I mean in reality it probably hurts 10-15 times a day but I dont feel it while I sit or lay, not even all the time when I'm active. I feel like it is just natural pregnancy pain but would love to hear opinions! Thanks!
