How many packs of Newborn and boxes of size 1 diapers did you mommies start with?

I’m wondering the same thing.

@hollieletcher01 I think I have enough to begin with but don't want to run out for at least two months lol

Girl new born diapers are almost a waste my daughter was born at 7lb 15ounces and she used them maybe two weeks. And the fact that hospitals start off with size one, might aswell just skip the new born diapers if your baby can fit the 1’s without leaks

@prettyflower1033, my best friend just had her baby and she said she went through 6 packs of the size newborn diapers with 32 in them in the first two weeks so I’m thinking I need to buy a big box too cause I only have 4 packs of the 32 size newborn.

We never used newborn. By 3/4 months he was in a size 3. Usually two of the giant boxes a month.

Her baby was 7lbs 9 oz when he was born on june 26th. He’s now 8lbs 9 oz. she still has him in newborns. Idk this is my first baby. Lol

We got a 36 pack of newborn diapers. Then we got 3 big boxes of size 1. Some babies don't fit in newborn. We'll get more if we need to. With our son, the hospital gave us some newborn ones too.

@mamauv I have like two packs of newborn then the remaining are like two boxes of size 1

I plan on just dealing with what I got and just buy as I need. Or exchange the newborns for size 1 if I have too many.

@nomli Aww big baby my clinic doesn't believe in telling the baby's weight so I'm just guessing lol

@prettyflower1033, you should be fine with that and have some left over dont open the second pack if you dont have to maybe you can sell it

A small pack of newborns, and a box or two of the size ones, we also had the hospital give us premiee diapers that lasted maybe a week before she out grew them. Oddly enough she was 7lb 5 oz and newborns were too big in the hospital. Also Walmart and depending on the target employees you can exchange unopened boxes if they carry the diaper amount without a receipt!

@prettyflower1033, they told me he'd be like 7.5lbs. He was 9lbs 🤷‍♀️ I did get a pack of newborn just in case, and then exchanged them for a bigger size.

My baby weighed 6 pounds and 12 oz at birth she lasted 3 weeks in NB a month in size ones

My baby was in newborn for about 2-3 months. We started with just a box and then had to buy more. If you buy to much of one size or a brand baby can't wear Wal-Mart normally let's you exchange with no received for what you need. We were inside when the shortest maybe a month
